There are a bunch of issues that should not be hammered out in public. Especially those involving racial issues and other contentious perspectives that will only intensify the heat. Waiting to drop the bomb.
But in education class there is not a thing hidden. Everything is laid out on the platter, including gender and sexual issue; or pauperism. Everything seems so innocent, well except the government, and we are slicing the topics into smaller chunks so that everything will be incised, like a surgery.
Then there was our lecturers, whom in the lecture, honoring the newcomers(europeans) as saviour to the mauri(native tribe) and bring proper education and civilisation to these 'left out' people. So much for the help, whites. How effective was the school system that I can only see maoris working on the building before my room. Now they are more 'educated'.
That, I don't really mind. Because it was not my people they were judging. But when they came to ranking the social importance in the class, which makes them(europeans) reigning the top, all over again, it made me as an asian folk feeling discriminated and second-rated. wow, so much for equality.
They should wait until my gloves are off and ready to claw.
