I've just returned from my second horrible visit at the lousy, profit-based clinic for my med-checkup. It turned up that this time the doctor was in a giddy-for-joy mood, unlike last time that she almost chewed my heart to pieces with her barking.
Finally it's all done. The bloody blood test, bloody x-ray and all those take-all-my-money procedures. Except for one last step. My visa application.
Oh yes, before I left the doctor slipped me a little advice. Eat less. Because according to her I have high cholesterol level in my blood. wow. I've never wish to hear anything like this.
So where goes the effect of my all-day-long exercise? Is it just wiped to the drain (as in this case, through the urine) because I skipped a day or two of my workout routine? Good.
If this cholesterol still have stubbornness issue with me, I'm gonna get rid of you, completely. How about carb-free diet and endless days of learning new steps. Thats going to sweat me forever.
Nonetheless I've had enough days cuddling myself on the bed, watching trashy movies, making mindless jokes with friends on facebook. Maybe its a wake-up-call to step up on the dance floor.
DJ, put it back on!
