Getting in shape.

3 years ago was my first time trying gym workout. Our rent gracefully included the gym membership, so I was a qualified yet dormant member for a year.

Gym gave me the chills down the spine everytime I visited that constantly perspiring and muscle bulking revenue. I got so inferior that for a year membership I only went there like 5 times only.

Everyone was so pumped and looking good. They already got the muscle to fleck and face to flaunt, I dont even know what theyre doing there. I mean they are literally done with workouts. Theres nothing more to improve, guys, please leave them machines to people who actually need the workout.

Nonetheless the only workout machine I used was the treadmill. With increasing intake and sedentary lifestyle I needed to inject a momentum to my stamina. So yes, only treadmill for me.

Needless to say Malaysian are embracing gym workouts these days. My cousins' relentless invites kind of put me in a tight spot. I want to go but I dont want to feel inferior to them regulars.

Maybe if I keep ignoring his requests he will stop bothering me with his invites. Ugh the horror!
