I know this is superstitious, but everyone can't help but be a bit superstitious. Honestly it was my strong belief in horoscope that pave my way into literary passions. Not that I'm proud of it, but it's proven that one of my strongest asset is linguistic aptitude. I gotta say, without a scratch of guilt, I'm destined to do this stuff. Language is my destiny and my work of fortune.
Still, while it got me this position as a language instructor, on a personal level it does erode trust on my scientific skill. I no longer believe that I could juggle with math, or at least try.
Sure this make-believe element can play a crucial part in our daily lives, but we have to see past the prophecy. After all horoscope is just a way to look at your days in a different light, probably serving as a warning or a mood enhancer. Still, how can one horoscope determine the fate of 1 billion people at a time, probably having the same destiny. Quite impossible, and rather foolish to believe.
