Last night was a blast. I crashed down the walls between the students residents and Malaysian students as I joined the party in a bar. I know, there were so much boundaries as a Muslim and Malay that I must uphold, even when living abroad but I knew my limit. I was in the bar last night where almost everyone went drunk and me watching from the sideways with keen eyes. That was my first experience, and I was like a little boy among the adult crowd.
Anyway, clubbing is not a huge thing. People go there to socialise, like I did, or to get drunk and get laid, like some of them. I did nothing wrong, all I got was a bottle of ginger beer, which was purely alcohol-free.
At first we played the dating game, where everyone got to be paired with a person, according to the name tag given. Regardless my gender, I got 'Ivanka Trump', in which I had to find my 'Donald Trump'. But as 'Donald' saw me, he dashed to the MC and changed the tag, which meant I had no partner anymore. I was pissed, but it was just another silly game, why make a huge thing out of it. In the end, everything went well. Some friends told me that the 'Donald' is a dick, hence solved my distress. You can never make a fair deal with a dick.
Meanwhile today it was like the other day, minus overload-korean-drama and me and zaki went to have the delectable Indonesian cuisines at Food Alley. I had the notorious spicy ayam penyet and zaki took a bite on Nasi Padang. And we took a lovely stroll around the harbour watching the sunset. It was a beautiful evening.
Oh,and I did some commendable pleasantries on myself. For the first time in 5 months, I vacuumed my room and washed my shoes. Hehe, talk about hygiene.
Well that practically summed up the last day of my holiday season. I was up in full swing until the end, and it was worth it.
