Do you like cats? Or simply, do you have any pets that are dear to you? I’m sure eventhough some of us don’t have one, we’d like to keep one as our pet. By the way what is pet itself? Is it some strayed animals that is brought home as a kind gesture, better than being dead by the street?
I love cats. In fact I always dream to be a cat breeder. Or at least, having one to keep with me. Why is that? Because cats are animals that love affection, they like it when you stroke their thick fluffy fur and tickle their downchin. And they are loyal too, perhaps another human’s best friend besides dog. And I like cats not just because they’re adorable and cuddly at times, but I heart this amazing animal because I love showing my affection. And they are the best companion to share affection with, and best option to avoid human’s sinister judgement.
They sure are best mates in lonely moments. And since I’m a person who is easily consumed by somber thoughts, most of the days I dwell in solitude. Being foolishly extra upset on trivial matters. Argh, how effiminate do I sound! Hahah..
And besides being overly sensitive with harsh judgement, I love showing affection. Often I would hug my friends with no absolute reason, I just felt like doing it. And I love to touch people, it’s as natural as eating to me. I don’t find it sensual, though mostly these gestures contain sexual innuendo.
And I know too that everyone needs these little gestures to reach their skins. People like to be touched, cared, though not often hugged. It sparks warmth and tenderness from within, mostly unconscious and unnoticed. But it is an awkward custom to be commonly expressed, especially in malay culture, which is rife with restrictions and abstinence.
Sometimes my body is overflowing with a fountain of love, and there is a sudden, emergency need to share it with, then the person nearby is in a lot of trouble.
I don’t mind showing affection, of course in a controlled amount, though this ideal is against my culture wavelength. All is said, I love affection and I love cats.
